Our meeting location is at The Heritage Shopping Centre in Pakenham in front of Amalfi Pizza shop. After greeting your friendly driver you will get to meet their beautiful Percheron and Friesian horses and give them a pat. You will board your comfortable carriage and set off to see some of the magical Christmas lights around Pakenham. Its an experience you will remember forever. We love Christmas and we love spreading the Christmas cheer. We dress our carriages up in a Christmas theme, we wear Santa hats and play Christmas carols. 

Its a really enjoyable way to spend some time with your family and friends before Christmas.

Our Carriages can seat up to 8 people and we have blankets on board to make sure you are warm and comfortable. Children under 2 are not counted if you are happy for them to sit on your knee.

It is still day light outside for our 6.15pm, 6.50pm 7.30pm and 8.10pm rides so the Christmas lights are not visible during these times. It's a normal horse and carriage ride except we play Christmas carols and we are decorated in a Christmas theme. To see the Christmas lights you need to book 8.45pm or later for when it's dark.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. 

We reserve the right to change the route if we need in the event of traffic or roadworks. 

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time. If you are late, your ride will be shortened in duration.

Our carriages are convertible and can be fully open or enclosed if the weather is poor, we can still operate in light/moderate rain but if the weather is extreme (heavy rain/storms/heat) we may need to cancel your ride and unfortunately as we book out so quickly we may not be able to reschedule you to another time.
